| Biggest problem was advertising that there was a restroom. We were delayed an hour by a parade in NYC so were on the tour 4.5 hours. The bus restroom was THE most disgusting thing I have ever seen or smelled. No necessities like hand disinfectant were supplied and no time for an out of bus restroom stop. The smell ruined the trip. |

| The tours were great. lots of info, lots to see, very entertaining. the guides were great too. I'd do it again if I went to NYC again. |

| The tour guide was great. he was funny and easy to listen too. He lost the kids a little bit due to the length of the tour. also, the stop should be for something for lunch (ie authentic ny pizza, theres got to be dozens from movie or tv.....) if you don't like rice pudding you are out of luck and pretty hungry by 2:30. overall it was good though and I would recommend it for a movie buff.

| It started out a bad day because of the weather the night before-
the substitute tour guide lifted our spirits! She was GREAT FUN!
With the storm, the subway not working, the traffic jams and a long wait for the bus- it was a great tour.
I would recommend it to others (weather permitting) |

| I did enjoy my time, but some of the stuff we saw seemed insignificant, like it was to fill time. I did appreciate how broad of a selection there was. I wish there was more from Friends, Will & Grace, and Sex in the City |

| Enjoyed the tour....had an energetic guide (Gary) that did a really good job of being interactive with the group....movie clips were hard to see (our TV in our row was way too dark).....if the sites are usually the same, maybe a handout that lists them with a short explanation as at times they seemed to come in bunches. |

| I found the tour very informative and fun. You really have to participate in order to get the full experience. Gary was the guide and although he plugged his other job (comedian) a little too much, he was very knowledgeable. |

| Our guide was very friendly, very knowledgeable, clearly loved New York. Experience was excellent. We especially enjoyed the parts of the tour in the neighborhoods in lower Manhattan. |

| We especially enjoyed the bus tour section of our tour. The guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and she (Kimberly Tuttle) made the afternoon a lot of fun. We got to see so many of the sites that we had seen on TV and in the movies. She did a great job relating the buildings and neighborhoods to shows and movies, that now I find myself picking up on these things as I watch, as does my husband. We went back to the hotel that evening, turned the TV on (Law and Order was on) and voila! The tour went at a good pace, and we got off a few times (but not too many) for a closer look, as well as for photo-ops. Thank goodness for the air-conditioned bus on a hot and muggy August afternoon. All in all, we had a great time. Even my two teenaged boys were interested and enthusiastic (an accomplishment in and of itself, as many parents can attest). Kimberly kept things moving with trivia questions and prizes. Thanks to the organizers, and especially to Kimberly. |

| As leaders of a Senior Girl Scout troop (18 yr olds) we decided to surprise the girls with this tour. We were not sure how they would respond although we thought they would like it alot. We were pleased to see how much they enjoyed it. It was alot of fun and Gary our tour guide was great! The girls even got him to pose for a picture afterwards. They really enjoyed the trivia too. We got to see parts of NYC that we would not have had time to see and the interesting facts along the way were great! We would definitely recommend it.
p.s. Dave the bus driver was a hoot also! We got him to pose for a picture too!
