Definately worth doing if you're fanatical about SATC, even if you're not, its still worth doing as you get to see some of the hippest and trendiest parts of New York! Wish we'd done it at the start of our trip so that we could have gone back to some of the trendy bars/shops. We left it til our last day and that didn't leave us enough time to go back to some of the hot spots! Oh, the best bit is the cup cake!!!! Yummy! |

The trip was great - we saw all the local hotspots from the episodes and also some of the places used for filming on the new film. The tour guide Staci was really lovely - so enthusiastic and made the tour really enjoyable. I thought I was a fan of the series,until I got on the bus with all the mad americans!! They knew each line from each episode!!!!! My husband was on the trip with me, and I was a bit worried that he'd be the only male, but he wasn't. I was a bit disappointed at not being able to get photographed on Carrie's steps, but understand this is a real persons house, so I'm sure they are really pissed at all the people passing by each day.
The cupcakes were delicious, the cosmopolitans were also very nice. I just wish we had done the trip at the start of our new york visit as it showed us so many more places we could have visited whilst we were there - Thats an excuse for us to come back though !!! Bit disappointed at the small amount of souvenirs available at the HBO store - especially as we were there the week before the film launch!!!

As a huge SATC nut, my husband and I decided to take the tour bus around the city. We thought it might be a little cheesy, but a fun afternoon in the city. Much to our surprise, it was entertaining, exciting, and we learned a lot about the show that we didn't already know. We also learned a lot about the city itself. Even my husband was entertained the whole time and enjoyed it. It's a definite must!! |

I AM THE BIGGEST S&TC FAN EVER!! I HAD SO MUCH FUN. OUR TOUR GUIDE WAS SO FUNNY (I THINK HER NAME WAS AMY). IT WAS COOL TO VISIT ALL OF THESE PLACES AND ACTUALLY GET TO BUY THINGS THAT THE LADIES USED ON THE SHOW. I THINK THAT ANYONE WHO REALLY LOVED THE SHOW WOULD ENJOY THIS TOUR. I DID SPEND MORE THAN I WANTED BUT OH WELL, YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE. THE ONLY THING THAT DID SUCK IS THAT YOU COULDN'T ACTUALLY SIT ON CARRIE'S STOOP??? :0( OR EVEN GO NEAR IT. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS GREAT, MY FRIENDS AND I HAD A REALLY GOOD TIME. P.S. THE COSMOS SHOULD HAVE BEEN STRONGER, LOL..... |

I'm a big believer in "you get what you pay for". I read the brochure and was excited with what they offered. The first thing on the list was sit on Carrie's stoop. This is very untrue. The stoop was roped off and we weren't even on that side of the steet. Not to mention we were asked not to to go in certain areas and we were told not talk while walking in the village. It also offered visiting the church where Samantha met the friar. Our visiting consisted of driving by the church. You do get to eat a cupcake near the bakery and you do visit Aiden's bar, P.S. ladies the cosmo's are not included in the price of the tour. These are yours for a discounted price of $9.00 dollars. Now don't get me wrong I did enjoy it somewhat; our tour guide was hilarious. I just think the brochures should offer what you "get" to experience. I would have been fine with what we got to do if that was what was offered in the brochure. |

I highly recommend this tour for any Sex and the City fan! There was so much detail and interesting information I would never have know if I didn't take this tour. The stops were fun and there was never a dull moment. I got to see different parts of the city I would have never seen before. Do it!! |

Even though I've spent my whole life right outside NYC (and i knew this tour would be a little geared toward outsiders)- i had a really good time. I have obviously shopped 5th, eaten at magnolia and wandered through SoHo. However, I LOVED seeing the hot spots in conjunction with the clips on the bus. It's crazy how many places they filmed at. Now i have more bars and restaurants i want to try. |
