I think the Sex and City tour was very good. You would need to know something about the show or movie. Although you probably wont go it otherwise. It is difficult to take pictures being in the bus and having to drive by. Therefore i wouldnt worry about taking actually shots just look with you eyes. Although i think if the company that does these tours would hire a photographer to take pictures of the specific locations and then make a book that has the pictures as well as a description of why this picture is significant. I did enjoy the stops that we made along the way but do not go on the trip with a parent it is not really enjoyable as much as it could be. Guys are more than welcome to come they might even find the tour funny even if they have never seen anything from Sex and the City. But this was definitely a good tour and I would definitely recommend someone take the tour. |

The tour was overall enjoyable. It was interesting to see the sights where the show and movie were filmed. However, I think that there needs to be more warning as to the content of the tour in the description. I went on the tour with my mother and younger sister and there were times when it was awkward because of different things that were talked about by the tour guide even though it was in the content of the show. I don't think that children under the age of 18 should be permitted to go on the tour without parental supervision, and even then the tour guide needs to use disgression in what they say. However I did enjoy all of the sites visited. |

My 20 year old daughter and I, both HUGE "Sex and the Citiy" fans, were SO looking forward to this Tour. We thought it would be......information, get off the bus and SEE the sights, back on the bus for a LITTLE more info, and then off the bus to SEE and be a PART of more sights.
What it turned out to be was a TREMENDOUS amount of information, most of which we already knew being big fans of the show, then WATCHING these videos on the bus from segments of the show, which we have already seen many many times, and very LITTLE actually getting off the bus to stop, look around, take pictures of, and FEEL the fun of the sights.
The bus, although airy, clean and new, becomes a claustrophic TRAP......because unless you are up FRONT, you can't see over the big head in front of you, and the sights out the window go by much too quickly. There are way too many videos to watch, and way too little stopping to walk around and experience the sights on your own.
This Tour was a waste of our precious time in New York, and very nauseating being in stop and go traffic for so long. It would be FAR more rewarding for fans of the show to buy a pamphlet, like the ones they hand out at the END of the Tour, that gives you names and places of the sights that our "4 beloved girls" made famous............and then walk it ON YOUR OWN. Take the time to see it, take pictures of it, experience the FUN of it , at your own pace and NOT through a glass window or over some huge heads.
I must say our Tour Guide was very perky and incredibly knowledgable, but her CONSTANT talking and humor became annoying when you hear it go on and on and on and on. TAKE A BREAK...............get OFF THE BUS........and WALK IT !!!!!!!
That's the BEST way to enjoy it.

SATC Hotspots was a really fun way to see NYC! We saw many locations as well as clips of the scenes filmed there. Our guide Stephanie was great! She certainly knows the show and the City. I really enjoyed the cupcakes and the cosmos:D |

Excellent tour guide. Stacy was very fun and knew her Sex in The City facts. She had great trivia to share.
The bus was very comfortable and Ling could really get around those corners. It was amazing with the streets being so narrow.
The tour not only gave great information about Sex in the City but the West Village as well.
I would recommend this tour to any Sex in the City fan. |

I completely loved the tour. I am the BIGGEST SATC fan! I thought the tour brought out another aspect of the show that I never quite connected with - which was the 5th girl - NYC! I would recommed participating in everything they offer - buying something at the sex shop, drinking a cosmo at "Scout", and eating a cupcake from Magnolia's. My only advice is to sit as close to the front of the bus as possible. I just feel you might have a better view. Other than that, I am now going to rewatch the entire SATC series to see what else I can pick out from the tour! |

I VISITED NY FROM OXFORD IN THE UK, WITH 3 OTHER FRIENDS TO CELEBRATE OUR 40TH BIRTHDAYS & WE ARE ALL SATC FANS - ONE OF US MORE THAN THE REST. I WAS DELIGHTED TO BOOK YOUR TOUR ON LINE. IT WAS VERY EASY TO BOOK, WITH CLEAR TIMES & INFORMATION, THEREFORE MAKING A "MUST-DO" FOR OUR CELEBRATORY TRIP.
NATASHA OUR TOUR GUIDE WAS GREAT. WE WERE QUITE A QUIET GROUP, BUT SHE REMAINED ENTHUSIASTIC THROUGHOUT THE TOUR. WE DID START OFF LATE AS THEY WERE CHECKING WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON WHICH TOUR & PEOPLE WERE QUEUE JUMPIMG WITHOUT IT BEING CHECKED PROPERLY.
WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE TOUR WAS SO LARGE A GROUP, BUT FOR THE MONEY IT WAS GOOD VALUE. HOWEVER WE WOULD HAVE PAID A FEW BUCKS MORE FOR A MORE INTIMATE GROUP ON A MINI-BUS - SAY UP TO 16 PEOPLE OR SO AS I THINK WE WOULD HAVE PARTICIPATED MORE WITH THE GUIDE & HAD A BETTER OPPORTUNITY TO CHAT WITH MY FRIENDS. SITTING ON A COACH WE WERE TOO SPREAD OUT REALLY.
SOME LOCATIONS WE WENT BY A LITTLE TOO FAST, BUT I SUPPOSE THIS WAS DUE TO FLOW OF TRAFFIC. THE STOP FOR THE PERRY ST WAS GOOD & IT WAS GREAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO QUEUE FOR THE MAGNOLIA CAKES. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU PROVIDE THE TOURERS A TICKET/VOUCHER FOR THE CAKE AS SOME PEOPLE DID NOT GET ONE AS I THINK PEOPLE NOT ON THE TOUR HELPED THEMSELVES TO CAKE & NATASHA DID SAY SHE HAD THE CORRECT NUMBERS OF CAKES PER PERSON.
ALSO AT THE END WE WERE DROPPED OFF ON "A RANDOM STREET" & WERE NOT SURE WHERE WE WERE. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER TO HAVE BEEN DROPPED WHERE WE STARTED.
A MAP OF THE TOUR FOR US, AT THE END WOULD BE GOOD AS WE WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE GONE BACK TO A FEW PLACES TO BROWSE LONGER, BUT AS WE WERE NOT FROM NYC, WE DID NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO.
ALL IN ALL THE TOUR WAS GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. HOWEVER IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE A VARIETY OF SATC TOURS TO CHOOSE FROM WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE A SMALLER TOUR GROUP EVEN IF IT COST A BIT MORE.
