We really enjoyed the tour. Beyond the tv & movie information, it was a great chance to see parts of Manhattan that are not covered on other tours.
I'd recommend taking out a couple of the stops where people are to exit the bus and maybe add some more recent movies since there are so many to choose from.
Overall, it was well worth the cost and time. |

I recently went to NYC with 3 other female friends in the 30-39 year old age group. We booked this tour the morning that we wanted to take it and had no problems getting the reservation. It was raining that day, and we were still a little jet-lagged. It proved to be the perfect tourist attraction for us. We were able to sit on the bus, which was enclosed and air-conditioned, and be driven around lots of different areas of the city. The bus stopped periodically, so that we could get out, stretch our legs. The tour-guide (Kymberly) was upbeat, pleasant and knowledgeable. The t.v. & movie locations that we were shown were pretty main-stream, so most people would be familiar with them. We were also shown movie clips from the places we were driven by, so that helped to put the sites into even more perspective. Trivia questions were thrown out to us along the way, so that kept it fun and interesting. The guide was always easy to talk to and eager to answer any questions we might have. I definitely recommend this for any t.v. or move buff, and especially if you feel like you need a little break from all of the crazyness and walking. |

Go to some of the best known sites in NY and be entertained along the way by your enthusiastic and talented guide. (Not manner guides sing to you!)
This is a really fun tour and you go slightly off the beaten track (meat-packing district for example) and learn a lot about film and the great New York Film Set.
Its a great way to see the city and its a must for TV fans and Film Buffs. |

My girl friend was the one who wanted to go on the tour. It was not something I thought I would enjoy. I was pleasantly surprised. It was entertaining, well planned out and informative. Learned a lot more than I expected. Our tour guide was an aspiring actress with a great singing voice and personality. She really topped things off. She was very, very knowledgable. The big cookies offered to everyone were wonderful. I would recommend this tour to anyone. |

First tour I went on, and I am a movie/television fan, this was the best tour I could of picked. If possible, ask for Roesanne as your tour guide, she was the best. |

Brian was so full of facts and interesting (and humerous) info, it made the tour very entertaining! Even though we trudged through the rain, it was a very satisfying tour, and since we stayed in New York for six days, it oriented us to the areas that we were interested in and visited by ourselves. We've talked it up to everyone we met in New York (and our friends and family at home), so maybe some of them will take the tour in the future. Thanks for a happy three hours! |

The bus was 20 minutes late for the tour to begin with and everyone was freezing but once on the bus and getting started everything was fine!! There were movie clips that showed all the areas you see in the movies and tv shows but some of them were shown a long time after seeing the site itself, although there is a lot to see and this was probably the reason. The tour guide was very friendly and knew what she was talking about. They give you free cookies and lollipops for answering trivia questions which may not be everybody's cup of tea but all in all the tour takes you places you do want to see!! It's definately more of an all rounder showing areas from old movies and new and of course friends sites and sex and the city. Other sites are included form shows that we don't have in the UK and so some areas are of no interest to us but all in all I would reccommend it!! Be aware that it is 3 1/2 hours long and you do get on and off the bus for photo opportunities if you want to that is!! |
