On Friday 9/21 we toured with Kimberly.
My Sister and I arrived early in order to get a good seat, Kimberly welcomed us warmly and told us to sit any where on the bus. We were the second group on the bus. There were two seats behind the driver which were obviously being reserved, just because they had plastic bags on them. So we sat on the first seats on the right side of the bus. After the bus was completely full and Kimberly declined another passenger, it was discovered that both she and the driver had forgotten to reserve two seats for two clients.
Kimberly asked us to move and we would have if some decent seats were still available, but they were not. So Kimberly proceeded to inform all the passengers that we would not give up our seats to these passengers. She even said something like that we must be real New Yorkers. I was very embarrassed at the way a problem which occurred because of her error was handled in plain public ,never did she try to lower her voice. I offered to leave the bus if she could give us a refund so that we could take another tour and she again loudly stated that she was not an ATM machine and proceeded to call the office.
All along she had the two left front seats on the bus unoccupied. Finally someone in your office told her to use those two seats for the ladies who were promised reserved seating. Kimberly is a great tour guide (this I must admit) but her people and problem solving skills were awful. She totally embarrassed me and my sister in front of a bus load of people because of her mistake even though she had two front seats available for the other clients. Next time may I suggest that your office personnel type on an 8x11 piece of paper RESERVED and avoid a most uncomfortable situation in the future. I also believe that she could have offered us or the other group a ride on a later tour. I did want to take a minute to let you know that the driver was very nice and an excellent driver.
I would not recommend your tour to my friends visiting NY. |

I highly reccommend this tour. Not only do you get a great tour of New York city, but you also get interesting information about movies and television shows that have been filmed in the city. The tour guide was fun and was full of all kind of facts about what we were seeing. It really was a great time! |

This was certainly one of the best tours I have been on. It was very detailed about everything, but not boring and lots of fun! Found out a lot of interesting things about films that I never realised and it was one of the most enjoyable parts of my trip in New York.
Highly recommend it to anyone visiting. |

Hello,
First off, I was very pleased that you offer this tour! When I was searching for one to take, your offered everything I was hoping for.
And our tour guide, Roseanne, was very accommodating when I asked her to stop at the GHOSTBUSTERS fire station, which she did.
The only problem I have with the tour is that our Guide seemed to have no idea on how to read her group. Many of them did not speak English, and yet she kept making inside jokes, that very few people on the bus understood, and talking about shows that they all acknowledged that they have not seen. And she kept doing this even after she figured out that there were only a few people on the bus who understood her.
So she was doing her schtick, which I am sure does not change from tour to tour, and that is fine, as a performer myself, I can understand that it is easier that way, especially if you do several shows a week.
However, the thing that I had a major problem with was her constant plugs for herself, and her own career. Personally, I don't care what shows she has been an extra in, or had a walk-on in. Yet, even though none of us on the bus seemed to care, she kept referring back to her own career, sometimes at the expense of what she was supposed to be talking about on the tour.
And when I write "at the expense of the tour", I refer to the amount of people's names she pronounced wrong. She was presenting herself as a person who knew it all, yet she kept getting things wrong.
Maybe she just had an off day, we all have them, but if she had spoken about herself less, and gotten all of the names and references correct, I would strongly recommend your tour to anyone.
As it is, I have been telling people the tour was great, and they should take it, but to try and book a tour that Rosanne isn't doing.
Otherwise, it was a once-in-a-lifetime event!
Thanks for offering it!

Movie geek Gary filled the tour with life. From the first minute we had a great time, though we didn't know all of the films and TV series. Definitely a must for all NY-visitors who like TV or movies! Thank you, Gary, thank you, Kevin! |

Really looked forward to this tour but was disappointing in the end. Our youngest was having a bad day and despite our best attempts to settle her she wasn't in the mood to be quiet and still. Tour guide asked us to move to an isolated area of the bus (how do you do this on a full bus tour???) so we left half way through.
Not recommended for young kids - all the shows are geared towards adults and the TV/Movie clips are too short to be appreciated by young kids (they are over before they have a chance to ask what it is all about).
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his topics and it was good to see what we did see but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with young kids. If you are travelling without youngsters though it is a great tour to take. |

Our guide - Brian - made this tour "great" - he was a wealth of knowledge - showed lots of enthusiasm. We liked his sense of detail....when referring to past episodes of different shows......... |

I enjoyed the tour very much. I would recommend that the location destination handout be provided at the beginning of the tour so organized individuals can use it to check off or to make notes about the locations. I didn't get the handout until after the tour was over and it just went in my bag. |
