Gary was our tour guide. He was excellent. We saw a lot of NYC- he explained the different spots for movies/TV filming plus a lot of other spots. The short clicks were very good. Everything went smoothly- the stops were good- I would highly recommend this tour to my friends. When I talked with the agent the week before we came, he was excellent in trying to help me with my decision of activities to do in NYC in a four day stay. He was very helpful and I could understand him completely. Thank you for such a super tour. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I think the name of the person I talked to over the phone was Kevin- he was very good. |

Our guide was great and we all thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Only one suggestion for improvement. Due to traffic, we sometimes had to watch a clip after seeing the location. We would have preferred to see all of them before. Other than that, it was perfect. |

I really enjoyed this tour. It was quite long and worth every penny. Our tour director, Kimberley was terrific and the driver was great.
I loved the locations we visited and having the DVD as well really helped.
I would definitely recommend this tour if you watch any TV or movies. |

I just really enjoyed going to the different locations where they filmed a lot of my favorite t.v. shows and movies. The tour guide was so helpful and knowledgable. |

Particular complements to our guide, who smoothly interchanged video clips, commentaries and walks to fit in with traffic conditions and numerous filming locations which were underway on the day. |

I must say this tour was alot of fun. Kimberly was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, helping take pictures at all stops. The tour started right on time and though we were concerned with the Pope being in town on the same day, everything went smoothly. We went all over the city and saw alot of interesting sites. For us, it was great becuase we had been crisscrossing the city as it was, but we were using the subway. While the subway is great, you don't actully see anything since its traveling below ground. So an above ground tour on a comfortable bus (w/ bathroom) was perfect as it allowed us to see alot of the city that we wouldn't otherwise. (one thing about the bus: while the interior was clean and comfortable, the outside of the windows were a bit dirty and streaked so when ever you snapped a pic of some famous site, you would inevitably also get that dirty stain in the pic as well.)
The tour itself was great. We went to a TON of different locations. I think it might have been a little better if we had been able to get out of the bus and see a few more sites up close, but considering the tour was 3.5 hours, I guess thats not feasible. Also, the time just flew by and did not feel like a long tour at all.
We did get out at the Cosby step which as great as a Cosby fan. We also got out and saw the Friends house which was also very cool. The rice pudding was excellent at the Hitch stop. ( i was very skeptical about it as it didnt sound very appealing but it was actually very good!)
All and all, I would highly recommend the tour. I did NOT do the NBC studio tour since I had heard so many bad things about it so I can't comment on it. But trust me, go on this one! |

I went with my sister, and we liked the tour very much! You'll see some parts of the city that you might never find on your own. And our guide was really great, she made the tour so special. Funny to see places you know from movies, it's like a reunion and not a foreign place you see. (And now we proudly can tell friends and family that WE have seen the appartment from "Friends", places from Spiderman, places from "When Harry met Sally" and a lot of other good and well-knowned movies).
We would recommend this tour to everyone, it's really a good tour to spend your money on! |

Roseanne was our tour guide and i can 100% say she knew everything there was to know about tv and films. The tour itself was excellent, film locations interesting,coach was comfortable and the tv screens good but best of all was Roseanne. Not only was she informative but her wicked personality just made the tour. Well done Zerve first class New York attraction and i will definately recommend it to anyone visiting New York. My wife and i travel alot, and we normally use guide books as opposed to taking tours. i would take another of your offered tours and probably will next time we are in NY. Roseanne was an excellent guide, and her enthusiasm made the tour even better. There was some minor misinformation on the web page regarding some of the sites the tour we took would be seeing. This however did not effect my enjoyment of the tour.

We had a tour guide named Brian. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We learned much more than we expected to learn from the tour and the guide. We would consider doing another tour ourselves and recommending this tour to friends. |
