we had a great tour and would recommend it for anyone visiting NYC. It was the perfect way to tour the city and see areas we wouldn't have known about. |

It was just my sister and I taking this tour and we both enjoyed it very much. A lot of detail, a lot of flipping back and forth between the tour guide talking and showing video clips from where you had just been. The tour guide was very knowledgeable in her subject and was also very willing to take pictures of anyone in the group at the various places visited. A nice surprise was the snacks. It would have been great if the tour guide would have had a portable microphone so as to hear her better when you're out and about on the streets.
Even though the tour guide explains where you're going the downside was the way the she would just get off the bus and take off walking. Very hard to follow her in the crowds. And you'd better know your way around and be able to get back to your hotel, because the bus/tour guide will leave you if you're not back on the bus when they're ready to leave.. We wouldn't have had any problem with this as we know our way around NYC, but felt this was very rude way to treat some of the elderly folks on the bus. There were 2 people left behind and then almost left a couple more but they were spotted at the last minute as the bus was pulling away from the curb. (they had made a wrong turn on one of the streets.) Our tour guide was very short and hard to see so it was very easy to lose her. I know the tour has a schedule to stick to, but I couldn't see that it could have hurt to wait another couple of minutes.

Very interactive, lots of fun surprises - I was expecting to sit on the bus & listen but it was tons more fun than that!!! The tour guide was great - full of information, facts on tv & film making, trivia, treats & more. Wouldn't change a thing! We all (agest 12-50) enjoyed it!! |

Would have liked to see some Seinfeld sites since it was such a hit New York show. Otherwise a great overview of the sights and fun to see neighborhoods that I wouldn't have even visited in the city. |

Being a big Will & Grace fan, we asked specifically if this tour covered any of the 'Establishing' shots from the 8 years that this series ran for. We were told it would, so we booked.
In 3.5 hrs we were shown only 1 place that appeared in the series and the bus drove straight by, no slowing down even, which left us with no chance to take a photo. The bus does stop however for other TV series and films, which was interesting. We found this tour to be dominated by 'Seinfeld' which was spoke about throughout, despite it having its own tour!!
Will & Grace was a huge export for the USA so give it some credit and include it in your tour for when we come to NYC next.
Despite all this...we still enjoyed what we did see on this tour but it did leave us feeling a little cheated of our time in such a wonderful city with so much to see and do.

Roseanne was a very friendly, entertaining, and informative guide. Being given the cookie and tasting the rice pudding was an added bonus. Roseanne was very willing to take our pictures and was continually pointing out locations, or showing us video clips; I especially liked being able to see the movie clips of the places she had pointed out. |

the tour was great, more so because the guide was very enthusiastic throughout the full duration of the trip. it was great to see all the places as we'd never have managed to locate them and get there on our own. she made it fun and we're very glad we took the tour!
well done roseanne!! |
