We had lots of probelem with the bus-no air conditioning and then it broke down! The tour guide tried to change the bus but she wasn't successful! I ended up spending more than one hour and saw nowhere!! They were going to postpone the date of the tour and the day of the tour was my last day in the city so i asked my money to be refunded! I hope they will refund it!!! So in conclusion I was very disappointed and think that the tour was a complete waste of time!!!!

It was a complete disappointment, as we expected more than being driven around the city having the tour guide point at buildings and stores... We expected some more familiarity of things... My sister had hoped to get off the bus more and was expecting more... Complete waste of money unless you are a COMPLETE movie buff who knows every movie that was ever made... NOT US

I felt the tour was very informative, however there was a few sites we could not visit due to a parade. I was very disappointed that the video player was not working, the ride was rough and the microphone for the tour guide was not working so she had to yell. But it was interesting.....although not everyone is sex toy crazy and you should illiminate the pleasure chest stop....to keep from offending someone. You could suggest it but stopping can be offensive to some people. I noticed some people didn't even go in.

A fun 3 hours! It was great to get into the heart of the neighborhoods, you might not otherwise see. Bus driver did a fine job and our guide Kimberly was knowledgeable and fun. The price is very reasonable. TAKE THE TOUR!

The tour was wonderful, our tour guide Kimberly was fantastic! We saw the sights of so many of our favorite tv show especially FRIENDS!!!! Kimberly told us so many things that we would have never known if we had not taken this tour. Thank you so much for a wonderful time. We wil tell all of our friends about this tour when they visit the city!!!

Overall, the tour was good. The only comment I have is that the bus arrived at the pick up place late. If we are asked to arrive on time, so should be bus.

i thought it was a bit too expensive for basically sitting in a bus going around the city. the "giveaways" for getting the questions right (at the end of the tour) was simply pathetic and useless. the only thing good was the cupcake.

The tour guide, Ginette, was fun. The clips to watch on the bus is a great idea. I not only had a tour of the S&theC locations, but also a great tour on New York City. I had a great time, although I would have liked to video tape my tour and video tape was not allowed on the bus.
