I was initially very excited about the tour because I have watched the show from the beginning. Also, travelling from western Canada and seeing actual Soprano filming locations was the main reason I decided to book this tour. But my boundless enthiusiasm was quickly squashed as the tour progressed. I was very disappointed because the tour guide, while knowledgeable and friendly, was not the most energetic person and kept repeating the fact that he was a back up tour guide and how the "real" tour guide couldn't make it. In addition, as it stated in the brochure, I was looking forward to meeting a cast member of the Sopranos. I realize it is an initiative he takes on his own and has nothing to do with the tour company, but again, was disappointed when that did not happen. The traffic in New Jersey is unbelievable, especially with all the road construction,which is why the tour lasts for at least 4 hours. There are no scheduled washroom stops whatsoever. With a tour that is 4 hours long, at least 1 washroom stop is reasonable. What made me more livid and angry was everyone that needed to go was refused permission at the local bakery that is visited and cannollis are picked up from. The woman in charge was very unfriendly and snippy. I was outraged that someone could say no to a group of tourists that needed to use the facilities, especially when they were willing to buy something for the inconvenience!!!! The last stop being the Bada Bing, is only 15 minutes long and that is where many people used the washroom facilities. Many of the location shootings are passed by quite quickly so by the time you've focused your camera from the inside of the bus, it's almost too late to take a picture! Some improvements that could be made include a scheduled restroom stop, a few more location stops than the 2 or 3 that were done and Sopranos scenes shown on the TV monitors that are in the bus! These TV monitors were not used once during the 4 hour tour! Overall, the tour, especially when it crossed the 2 hour mark, became long, labourious and boring. Sitting in an air conditioned bus for 4 hours with only very few stops was not my idea of an ideal tour. After speaking with most of the tourists on the bus, I realized that I was not the only one that was feeling this way. Many other people were severely disappointed. I do not feel I got my money's worth and am very motivated to at least try for a refund. Had I known what was going to occur and it being my last day in New York, I would have spent my 4 hours watching another Broadway show instead of going on the tour. Next time I am in New York, I will defnintely pass on a Locations Tour and do something else. Folks, save yourself time, money and disappointment by NOT going on this tour!

The guide was knowledgeable. The traffic was appalling , which obviously no one can help. I felt their should be a break/rest stop . We did'nt get a bathroom break until Bada Bing at the end of the tour. I would have liked to have the opportunity to buy official memorabilia in relation to the Sopranos. The canoli was great.

I would rate it as very good. (My husband, the Soprano fan, would grade it Excellent.) The guide was very helpful and knowledgable. Fabulous cannolis - should bring a drink along.

I thought this tour was very interesting. I would have like to have gone to more sites such as the Soprano house. The tour guide was very nice and intelligent guy. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone with interest in the Sopranos!

I would definitely recommend this to any Soprano fan. It was great to actually see all the sites were they film. BADA BING was the high light of the tour (HOT CHICKS). Now that I know where it is I will be visiting Jersey more often.

I really liked seeing all the sites from different movies. The only downside was that my tour guide wasn't totally accurate on all the things she told us - so it made me wonder what things were exaggerated - or not all the way true! I really liked the tour though - it was AWESOME!! I would recommend it - there were some very cool things to see!

The guide was very eloquent, knowledgeable. So much to see---not enough time. I would highly recommend this to anyone who would like a guided experience through the park and the movie trivia are an added bonus.

We really enjoyed the trip, thought it was great fun - and would definately recommend it to other friends who may come to New York. I liked the idea of playing the video clips of the sets that we were to visit, and it was a nice idea about the cup cakes. However I did think it was a bit cheeky for the lady to say about tip at the end, we had already paid to go on the trip, but maybe thats an English thing as we dont have to tip in the UK its up to us if we want to. But its a great idea

For avid watchers of the programme this was an immensely enjoyable tour. The programme locations visited were also shown in clips on the coach video. The tour starts at the Pulitzer fountain outside the Plaza Hotel. We recommend beginning your tour with a cosmoplitan in the Oak Bar ( where Samantha meets the man with the saggy backside ! ) A perfect setting to get in the mood ! The only downside would be that we didn't think it appropriate for a coach tour to visit the church, perhaps a touch disrespectful.

This was a very cool tour!! We got to go on a bus and see awsome sites - like the FRIENDS building, or where different moviestars live, THE SHOP AROUND THE CORNER store(!!), the Soup Nazi place - it was just a very neat tour - it was nice to have an air conditioned bus, and we did get to go out of the bus sometimes and see things and take pictures - so that was also very cool!! I really liked this tour - and I highly recommend it - it's worth it!!

It was very nice to be near the places where they filmed our favorite movies. I just think that you could spend a little more time on the locations. Maybe the idea should be less venues where we could have the chance to really visit in person and not only from the bus.

we loved the tour, it was great to see all the locations that the show is shot from. One recommendation that there is some where to stop to buy a drink as 4 hours is a long time without if you forget to bring one which we did. Our tour guide was excellent very knowledgeable and funny!. all our friends are very enveous we went on it.
